Interaction Group ("BIG"). Please read Legal Notices mentioned on
this page carefully for clarity of use. Your use of Tribe Design will be
subject to these Legal Notices published on this page.

1. What is allowed:

5. Limitation of Liability:
(a) Tribe Design does not, and nothing in these terms and conditions shall act to exclude or limit BIG's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, fraud or any other liability which may not by applicable law be excluded or limited.

(b) Subject to sub-clause (a) above, in no event shall Tribe Design be liable (whether for breach of contract, negligence or for any other reason) for any loss of profits, exemplary or special damages, loss of sales, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of any software or data, loss of bargain, loss of opportunity, loss of use of computer equipment, software or data, loss of or waste of management or other staff time, or for any indirect, consequential or special loss, however arising.

(c) Subject to sub-clause (a) above, Tribe Design is not liable for any action you may take as a result of relying on any information provided on the site.

Tribe Design accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage to hardware or software caused to you by downloading material from the site. You must ensure that your computer has all necessary software to protect you from computer viruses.

11. Disclaimer:
• The client indemnifies Tribe Design and shall keep Tribe Design indemnified and hold Tribe Design harmless from and against any and all breaches by the client of all items within the entire Tribe Design terms and conditions and any claim brought against Tribe Design by any third party in connection with or resulting from the provision of the services by Tribe Design to the customer including, but not limited to, all claims, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses (including all reasonable legal costs and expenses) howsoever suffered or incurred by us in consequence of the breach or non-observance of the terms and conditions of this.

• Tribe Design reserves the right to withdraw any of the services in whole or in part without prior notice. Tribe Design shall be under no liability whatsoever to the client for any costs, losses and damages, howsoever arising, that the client may incur or may have incurred, due to the removal of such services.
